In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to all clients, we ask that you comply with the following scheduling policy. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.

If it has been one year or more since your last cut with our studio, you have to schedule a New Client Curly cut.
If it has been more than 4 months since your last cut at our studio, you cannot book an express cut. You must book a full Dry Curly Cut.
Consultations are required before any color service.. However, currently I am not offering color services to anyone who has not yet had color services at mahogany and rose.
Credit Card on File
All clients (new and returning) are required to enter credit card information to reserve appointment.
You may cancel your appointment online at any time free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel an appointment, you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based on availability.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the service you scheduled.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your service.
If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment online within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the fee for your scheduled service and unable to book any future services.
All fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy will be charged to the credit card you leave on file when scheduling your appointment. No exceptions.
Due to the intimate atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. This includes children, significant others, friends, and family members. Please make arrangements so that you can enjoy your service time alone.
Services are only provided to children who are at least 13 years old.
There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service, and notify us within 5 days, we will make every effort find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
Please come wearing a mask that goes behind your ears, not one that ties behind the head. When you arrive, the door will be locked. You will receive and email confirmation with a code to dial to be buzzed into the building.
Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken. You'll be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands at the sink inside the studio before we begin the service.
