Policies

In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to all clients, we ask that you comply with the following scheduling policy. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.

Express Cut vs Curly Cut vs New Client Curly Cut

If you're a returning client and it has been 6 months or more since your last cut with our salon, we ask that you schedule the service, Returning Client Curly Cut 6+ months. 

The Express Cut does not include any cleansing or styling and is reserved for returning clients whose at-home styling is nearly salon level as discussed with their stylist. This is reserved for returning clients who maintain their visit frequency to every 4 months or less.

If it will be your first time visiting our salon, please schedule one of our New Client services.

New Clients

Camille is only accepting new loc clients at this time and Denia is accepting new curly clients. Denia will be accepting models for loc services soon.

Credit Card on File
All clients are required to enter credit card information at the time of scheduling to reserve their appointment.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Cash is accepted, but we do not carry change.

 

Gratuity is included in our pricing. We are a tip free salon. If you'd like to show gratitude for your experience, we appreciate Google reviews, referrals to loved ones, and we love when you maintain the personalized at-home care plan we create for you. Tipping has a racist history and we strive to provide fair wages in addition to commission for our team, so that tips are not an income source we rely on. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel an appointment, you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based on availability.

Less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be unable to cancel or reschedule online. We ask that you notify your stylist via email. A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the service you scheduled will be charged to the card placed on file at the time the appointment was made. 

 

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file. These fees do not go toward a future service.

Late Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of your service. This will not go toward a future service. Please notify your stylist via email if you are running late.

No-Show Policy
If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment online or notify us of your cancellation and you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, the card on file will be charged 100% of the price of the service scheduled and you will be unable to schedule any future services with our salon.

Fees
All fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy will be charged to the credit card you leave on file when scheduling your appointment. No exceptions.

​

Guests
To maintain an intimate and serene atmosphere, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. Additional guests are welcome to enjoy the local shops in the area during your salon visit. This includes children, significant others, friends, and family members. Please make arrangements so that you can enjoy your service time alone.

​

Children

Services are only provided to children who are at least 13 years old. No exceptions. 


Refunds
There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service, and notify us within 7 days, we will make every effort find a solution to achieve your specific needs.

Lastly, please read all service descriptions thoroughly prior to scheduling to ensure clarity on the right service for you.

Scheduling a service is your acceptance of the policies listed above. If you do not agree with these policies, we kindly  ask that you hold off on scheduling a visit with us.
